1. I have found in some paper : use of only MnO2 , no APS were used no specific anionic supplement were used. What could be the reason?
2. Use of MnO2 as the precursor oxide and using it with 1M or 0.2 M HCl, how can we deny the formation of MnCl2 and directly writing on the title formation of MnO2/Polyaniline composite?

Please check this recent article by Liu, Shao et al (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/pc.22919/abstract) who have very recently reported a method of making MnO2/polyaniline composites for supercapacitors. Perhaps you could use a variant of their technique to fabricate your conductive polymer.
1. The choice of anionic supplement might depend on the phase of MnO2 you seek to obtain (Electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD) is typically made using MnSO4+H2SO4 electrolytes).
2. The ultimate phase of Mn (either as an ion or oxide) would depend on the experimental conditions (pH and potential). This information is clarified by the Pourbaix diagram for manganese.

Saurav Kumar, why did you want to make PAni using MnO2? I think, the article shown in the link is describing a special case: electrochemical generation of a PAni/MnO2 composite for capacitor use. To me it seems you were looking for something else?
I have to use it for simple impedance based analysis for sensor application. I had already synthesized using conventional method as well as few new techniques but dissolution for powder is still problem.
