Looks like halite dissolution molds/pits. The hopper structure is evident in the pits to the bottom left of the image.

There are two minerals which should be consider when it comes to primary mineral depending on the Eh regime it is halite and pyrite. The first is highly soluble and washed out by supergene processes from primary evaporitic sediments when subjected to humid conditions without anything left as a residue. Dear H.G. Dill, thanks a lot for your opinion. Soon I will study its thin section. I will also try to do geochemical analysis of sample(s) of these rocks....once I have these results so I will do interpretation considering your comments.

In my opinion they are the Salt Pseudomorphs as present in the Baghanwala Formation of Cambrian age in Salt range area.
