Putrajaya Wetlands in Malaysia is a good example for operational level wetlands in tropical setting. Though it was built not for treating grey water, the wetlands managed to filter incoming pollutant from surrounding catchment consisting of golf course and an agricultural land before flowing into the Putrajaya Lake.

Actual design calculation for constructed wetland prototype both for Vertical flow root zone and horizontal flow root zone treatment is available for research purposes.
