I think you have extra spots in your diffraction pattern. These can come from many sources, like double diffraction, FOLZ diffraction or superlattices. Guessing I think it is double diffraction. The beam diffracting in both matrix and precipitate. These can be identified, if you can shift your main pattern into an identical pattern not going through the BF spot. More over, if it is DD the extra spots should disappear tilting away from the axis not following a kikuchi line. In your case I think your main pattern is the outermost lines. Lastly: try tilting into a mayor zone axis, as these proves a lot easier to index
