Can anyone help me to find some experimental approaches that can be used to study bacterial secretion mechanisms ?

I'm interested in studying the bacterial secretion mechanisms, so i'm trying to think about methods or to find researches that have been already done to understand those mechanisms either in-vitro or in-vivo.
