Are there methods for automatically mapping floodplains, fans and terraces?

I want to map these river geoforms with as little subjectivity as possible. I have a high resolution DEM generated by drone data.

probably is the same source referenced above by Luca, but the above link is directly from the producer to the consumer :).. You can find a kind of Metadata in the link, and also a similar DEM for Umbria, with similar quality. Ciao
