CTU-UHB Intrapartum CTG database consists of CTG records and clinical information. The data in database has been extracted from the OB TraceVue system to an open format using software. I need the raw data of this database. The database contains .dat and .hea file. But i cann't find a way to extract the raw data in the database. Can anyone help me?
From the original article I could find "For the final CTU-UHB database, clinical data were exported from relational database and converted into Physionet text
format" .. by Googling "Physionet text" I found http://physionet.org/tutorials/physiobank-text.shtml If you're able to get the data into txt-format, then it may be quite easy to import into a database (like MySQL etc) with an import statement (if the data is in a structural form). Or you may find the required information behind the attached link.

you can use Matlab codes at: http://people.ciirc.cvut.cz/~spilkjir/matlab.html to extract fetal heart rate (FHR), uterine contractions (UC), and clinical information.
The FHR and UC are both sampled in 4 Hz.
Iif you mean by raw data (raw RR intervals of FHR) these are not available as the OB Trace Vue provides 4Hz sampled signal.
