I agree to Silvia Radice. Probably the plant is Simmondsia chinensis of Simmondsiaceae family. It is economically important plant species cultivated in Gujarat for jojoba oil obtained from seeds. The plant is native of Mexico.
Yogesh may be some other plant species because Simmondesia chinensis has opposite pyllotaxy. The plant which you have shown has alternate pyllotaxy but it is very close to Simmondsia chinensis in other characters.
All characters visible in the photographs are in favour of Capparis cartilaginea: Habit (dropping down from a cliff), shape and size of leaves, stipular thorns and shape of fruit.
