I am using GSO for feature selection and for classification of medical datasets. can anyone suggest me in fixing up the objective function. if a simple example has been given to solve manually will be highly helpful. Thanks in advance.

Other objective functions also can be used (i.e, coverage + confidence) based on the application domain that you try to deal with it.

2. I have a simple peak calculation for 2X2 matrix in GSO. but if Im trying to use it for the IRIS dataset with a random population. It shows me the something all with decimal values. but I expect the output to be a specific set of features to be selected.
