Can anyone help me in doing Thermoelectric measurements?

I need to use TTO system for Seebeck coefficient, Electrical conductivity, Thermal conductivity from 10K to 400K with and without magnetic field.

I am ready to do collaboration, Kindly let me know if you are having such system for these measurements.
