You can use instrumental software for the same. As I am using TA rheometer and the software can do the TTS followed by WLF equation. Check with your rheometer software and it is the most convenient way.

Thank you very much for your mail. I also did the rheology experiments using TA instrument. I did the experiment in Australia and the software that i have is not showing that option. Can we collaborate and the result can be jointly published.
