By considering innovation as a new project, all the project management’s standard steps should be followed in execution. 'Knowledge management oriented innovation' items enriches the technological innovation process.
Please check the appendix of 'Knowledge Management Orientation: An Innovative Perspective to Hospital Management'. In this paper the case study is in hospitals but you can apply it in any organization.
Matina Ghasemi The context is about smart home technology. I want to start a survey in which I put two or more questions about the willingness to be bonded to tradition (referring for example to the dogmatism variable). The main problem is that i cannot find a measurable scale that fits a survey.
Gabriele Lancini Actually ''smart home technology'' is not my field but as I see it's better you perform a qualitative analysis if still you are analyzing the market and people's interest.
