If anyone wants to become expert in power electronics & drives( specially in SVPWM), does he need to know programming languages( like C, C++), should he have various software skills( like PSIM, LABVIEW, SABER) or only simulink is enough to become efficient? Suppose the student is from electrical engineering background & he doesn't have programming skill like C, C++.
