I want to know, how does one calculate dominance diversity curves. I am hereby attaching an excel file of Importance value index (IVI) of trees, shrubs and herbs. Please let me know how to plot the graphs for it. There is any software for this or do we have to calculate it in excel only. Eagerly waiting for your reply.
Look a R biodiversity (R pack) to fit biodiversity curves and appropriate models using your data bank in function of vegetal distribuition.
