I know this plant is belong to Rosaceae family. I would like to know the scientific name of this plant.

In respect to the suggestion of  Dr. Subir Bandyopadhyay i would like to add the habitat of this plant. This is a typical shrub found in the Mussoorie hill (temperature 25 degree) of Uttarakhand state. The photograph was taken in the month of April and May. 

I got answer from Arvind Singh as Rosa multiflora Thunb. Is it the correct one?

Then it is may be Rosa macrophylla Lindl.

If it is has climbing habit then it is surely Rosa moschata Herm. otherwise it may be Rosa macrophylla Lindl.
