I do not think that there is existing any (binomial) key for Pyraloides of the palearctic zone, anyway I do not know any.

The best I know and I can recommend you is:

František Slamka: Pyraloidea of Europe, Vol 1-3, Identification, Distribution, Habitat, Biology; Bratislava 2013 (in English)

It contains descriptions, comparison with similar species, distibution maps, photos of preparated specimens, photos (s/w) of genitalia and so on.

All European Pyraloidea you will find on (a lot of Turkish species, but I'm afraid not all of them, are available:

You will find no key, but all European species with descriptions, comparison of difficult species, a lot of pictures of imagines, caterpillars a.s.o., also genital pictures.
