Currently I am teaching Total Quality Management (TQM) course to our MBA Students. It is a 2 credits course and it has to be completed in 20 hrs. I would like to get the inputs from the people who are having expertise in the quality management area.

You can talk on the basic tools like 5S, Kaizen, Quality Control Circles, 7QC tools, New 7 QC tools. Understanding of these tools gives the student on the importance and feel of Culture, team working, problem solving capabilities which are very essential in Industry.
