first we talk about the reactivity ratios when copolymerizing two kinds of different monomers. For an homopolymerization of a simple monomers the reactivity meaning is related to the polymerization system. So, I think the question should be rewritten.
Too much is said on the copolymerization of these monomers including their reactivity ratios, see for example the book of George Buttler "Cyclopolymerization and Cyclocopolymerization", and "Radical Polymerisation Polyelectrolytes" I. Capek, J. Hernandes-Barajas, D. Hunkeler, J.L. Reddinger, J.R. Reynolds, C. Wandrey.
again, acrylamide:acrylamide and DADMAC:DADMAC is an homopolymerization, there are no reactivity ratios. For Acrylamide:DADMAC and DADMAC:Acrylamide both have the same meaning and there is only one couple of reactivity ratios for these two monomers. Regards
