The sabbatical leave section in TTS document dont have anything specified about it. OFCOURSE all the employment contracts have this condition that you cant work at two jobs and draw two salaries. But this is sabbatical leave it means you are on leave from one place and working in other place. Technically you are not working at both places at same time.

Dear Ali,

you have to check your working contract and the national legislation. If still unsure the best way is to approach you human resources department. You may be lucky that you can point out the benefits of new inputs. However you may also be upset wen there is no legal right to receive a sabbatical but only your obligation to perform according to your contract...
