Dear @Sarah Orr, all these details are available at the site in the submission button. But the journal accepts your paper in original fotmat and will format it once accepted. I’d encourage the use of APA style. The length normally has a likit of 40 pages. Best, MG
Dear @ Marcus, Many thanks for the information. I didn't want to go to the submission button unless I planned on submitting. I need to give it some consideration as I am currently finishing one article, and am co-editor of a book with the responsibility of one chapter. Plus some extended travel this fall so I was hesitant to indicate an interest and willingness to submit. I appreciate your responsiveness. I will check to see the deadline--it may be possible if it is late this year. Otherwise, I won't be able to submit a manuscript. Thanks again. Sarah
PS: I just went to the site for submission and see that the deadline is Late May for submission. That is doable. I need to update some of my research in the meantime. I'd be interested in the theme of building a sustainable organization while retaining true to mission. I'll be back to you . . but possibly not until December. Best, Sarah
