As we know, one of the best estimation methods for valence band and conduction band energies of semiconductors is using electronegativity of elements. Dear Aziz Habibi-Yangjeh first of all thank you for sharing this valuable information, in my experience this method is very useful and simple one. however, there is another method using XPS measurement which is considered as an alternative method and the two of them can give similar results.
