I'm using a 24 bit sigma delta adc with internal reference 0.8 volts,SNDR 80 dB.

max input swing +-500mV.

so I have  following doubts.

1]does this have resolution of 0.8/2 raise to 24=4.76 * 10 raise to -8

so this small value of voltage will cause the change in 1 LSB ?

2]SNDR is 80 dB so

ENOB is=80-1.76/6.02

               = 13 bits

Is the above calculation of ENOB is correct  ?
