Hi,
In this project I want to calculate the primary and secondary voltage, current and power of a transformer with Arduino board.
So far, I've been able to get sample of the voltage, but the problem is how to measure the current Simultaneously so we can measure the Phase difference of voltage and current and then calculate the power.
If you have any idea, please tell me.

First put a resistor with known value R and get V using analog to digital converter pins of arduino board, then get I=V/R, then change R value ....

You can sense the current by using a current sensing resistance Rs which is very small resistance not disturbing the circuit. Then you can access the voltage V across the resistance Rs by a difference amplifier which may be an instrumental amplifier. This voltage is applied to the arduino board to convert sample it and convert it to a digital form and acquire it in the memory of the board. The voltage is sensed by a voltage divider resistors which are high enough not to disturb the circuit.The sensed voltage is sampled, quantised and fed to the board as the current. In this way the voltage and current wave forms are acquired. They can be processed to calculate the power following the relation:
p= integral v i dt/ T on time T at least of one cycle at least, that is 20 ms.
Digitally,
P= SUM of samples over T of V[n] I[n] divided by T, the time T must be at least one cycle time. This can be applied for the primary and the secondary.

but as i said the problem is how I can measure the voltage and current simultaneously.
You can sample the two waves simultaneously and hold the the two sampled values in the storage hold capacitors after which you can convert the two values in digital form and store them in the memory of the board. The only condition required is that you have to convert the samples to digital form before the next samples are taken.
What do you want to build is known as data acquisition system.Even there are electronic cards for such functions called DAQ cards working under labview applications of national instrument.
You want to build one specific for power measurement of an electric transformer.

What i need is parallel sampling.
I'm an expert with arduino and i know these thing.
The main question is sampling 9 channel, so "parallel sampling" is important to me.
I think you have faced circuitry problem.
