I am following a protocol from a paper to create PEG-DMA hydrogels, however the curing device I have access to is different from the one used in the paper. The paper irradiates 200 μL wells at 750 mW/cm2 for 15 seconds using an AURA light.

I am using the Form Cure. Its LED power is 39 W, its LED radiant power is 9.1 W. The base plate area is 20.32 cm2. One hydrogel sample is a cylinder with a radius of 0.9 cm and a height of 0.2 cm. How can I calculate the curing time for my curing device, so that my hydrogels cure in the same way that they do in the curing device from the paper?

Name of paper for reference: Temozolomide-loaded photopolymerizable PEG-DMA-based hydrogel for the treatment of glioblastoma.
