I am currently searching for a validated scale to measure organisational resilience. It would be even better, if it is concise, while it will be a part of a larger project. If, by chance, anyone knows about the tool, it would be very helpful for my future research endeavours. Thank you in advance!
On Resilient Organizations, available at https://www.researchgate.net/publication/266476961_On_Resilient_Organizations, reproduces a set of indicators across three interdependent attributes (courtesy of Resilient Organizations): (i) leadership and culture—which define the adaptive capacity of the organization; (ii) networks—which amount to the internal and external relationships fostered and developed for the organization to leverage when needed; and (iii) change readinesss—which signifies the planning undertaken and direction established to enable the organization to be change-ready. It should not be very difficult to design a questionnaire from that.
