I think that it can be part of IT Governance module, I taught this course for tow years graduate students, using ISO 27000 set of standards, especially because ISO 27001 (more specifically ISO 27002) covers basics of BCM.  Chapter 17 in ISO 27001:2013.

We are looking for the University with the same Master programm to join our efforts and to propose to the further masters two degrees from two Universities for paying only once to one of them.
