That is an amazing question on so many levels. I am an OT student in the US and insurance companies determine the amount of therapy that a patient will receive or if they believe a patient is even qualified to receive therapy at all. I believe that insurance companies interfere with the idea of occupational justice. There a far more people in the world that need therapy than receive therapy because of financial situations and I believe there needs to be a change. Thank You

I agree that the OJ literature is still quite limited to a geographical region of OJ practitioners or culture, or even language. We are hoping that more and more OTs and occupational scientists, and justice workers can reflect on this question of bridging theory and practice.

Rayya Ghul that is a really interesting paper and tool. I hadn't come across it before. I teach first year occupational therapy students so was really interested in reading your study. The tool is a really useful one - I think I might use it in a module I teach about occupational justice using a problem-based learning format. I think it will make for some great discussions with students. Thanks for sharing
