BPE in CST microwave studio for calculation of TARC

Hi,

Kindly if someone can let me know that how I can find (BPE) in cst microwave studio as shown in the attach figure... I am not sure operating this device ?

I did try to find it in cst design studio.... but fail.

Id say the one with a red square might be the 3 dB divisor (3 dB splitter in the attached picture) whereas the one with the small arrow is an ideal phase shifter.
