Hello everyone, I would like to ask a question that I need help with. Is there a way to connect biomarkers identified in a study with known targets of screened inhibitors (using KEGG, PubTator, or PathLinker) to sort through large datasets to find connections?
I was hoping if you could provide me with some tutorials or notes regarding this approach, like what do I need to do this, what tools or resources will I use? Or maybe some previous similar work that can explain all this!
I am new to this, and any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

You can take the help of CytoScape with many of their plugins. They will be helpful to you in many ways. DAVID tool can also be tried.
