Handling Big data in excel is too difficult and not advised. It's better to use some programming languages to analyse high volume of Data. You can consider R or python. If you need more data to be analyzed, then you can integrate some Big data tools like Spark to R or Python(PySpark) or you can use some cloud computing tools like Google cloud, Amazon AWS, or IBM Watson which are paid tools.

Hi Najhan..Either you can dump the excel into Big Data Ecosystem(Hive,Pyspark) or use any of the NoSQL databases.

I would suggest you to use Hive Data-warehouse(OpenSource) for processing the 5+ million records.
