Between CV and Chronoamperometry, which method is best to find out area of electrode?

As chronoamp. analysis are transient based, it is so fast that I would not give chance for the phenomenon of adsorption of impurity.

Ya and I came to know that with this technique the effect of surface coverage by organic moities if its there in system is minimum so we could find more prcisely area of electrode by chrno rather than CV
