I would appreciate learning, what is the best method for growing rhodospirillum rubrum for production of bacteriochlorophyll a?

Or are there other bacteria that would be preferred or recommended.

I would appreciate a "recipe" for growing this type of bacteria, or pointing to some literature for this purpose.
