According to my experience, Schrodinger QikProp and ADMET-predictor built-in Biovia Discovery Studio work best of all (although, still can't give you accurate predictions all the time). Unfortunately, these tools are proprietary. Besides, you can also check SwissADME - it's totally free.

ADMET Predictor by simulations-plus is above all a best tool as several of ADMET Predictor models have ranked #1 in peer review articles.. Another one is QikProp.
