I like this work by Erik Aigner. https://www.amazon.com/Course-Behavioral-Economics-Erik-Angner/dp/113751292X
Other texts are more suited for Graduate coursework or for light reading such as
1. nudge, Thaler and Sunstein
2. The paradox of choice, Barry Schwartz,
3. Various, Ariely, Dan (Predictably Irrational, and The truth about dishonesty)
4. Misbehaving, Thaler
5. Monographs and Non fiction works of Amos Tversky and Daniel Kahneman
Also, similarly works by Colin Camerer are mfor more indepth work with students and cross the requirement of a course.
Aigner is well written and simple to ask students to rfollow and prepare. However, exercises are not to the choice of variety in this work.
Works by MAttthew JAckson are pretty much detailed uop for both graduate and undergraduate work. Given the amount of online aids for the text in game theory courses however, it may be of use to BE students
