In the period March-May 2020, in many countries due to the development of the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), a significant part of didactic processes was converted into e-learning form. Answering the above question: Because of the disruption conditions of universities, can we held online trusted, real final exams? - I state that to a large extent it depends on the characteristics of a specific e-learning platform used at the university, on the specific functions built into the platform enabling conducting specific types of classes remotely online, including conducting exams in a specific form.

This condition is in every country and in front of educational institutions. India also having the same problems such as every students needs android phone, internet connectivity, and power supply.
But taking online examination it is difficult because its not trust worthy student can malpractice in exam and pattern of teaching and pattern of examination.
Indeed, they are real challenges, but to get out of the crisis with minimal losses so that we do not lose the whole school year.
Given the fact that Covid-19 is likely to be with us for some time, universities are currently working on running online classes with a good number now running Google Classes. Therefore it is now time they should focus on the route of online examinations as a new normal. In the IT field many certifications are run as online practical examinations. In Zimbabwe the following site is a very good example of why it can be done. https://www.zimsake.co.zw. The ZIMSAKE elearning platform is a resource and practice center for students preparing to write ZIMSEC grade 7 exams, ZIMSEC O level exams and ZIMSEC A level exams. For grade 7 resources, the platform covers content for grade 6s and 7s. For O Level, the resources provided are for the form 3s and 4s. A level resources are for both form 5 and 6. So the platform basically provides elearning resources in the form of pdf, powerpoint, word, video and audio format as well as practise exam questions.
All that is required is the right infrastructure in place and resources for students and distributed examination centres for monitoring purposes.
