Attachment and separation from Streptavidin slide: how is possible?

Hello, I am looking for protocols or advice on the Streptavidin slide use. Essentially I would like to isolate biotinylated product and after collect them for further analysis. I cannot use columns because the yield of my product is very low since the beginning. Thanks to who will have recommendation.
