Seems to be an interesting for me. Since I am there in higher education area since 1996, I may contribute w.r.t. Indian scenario. And my area of research is also blended learning. Although, I am new to the area of research, I may contribute..

I congratulate you to consider the problems, issues faced by teaching fraternity, world wide, in your research project by not limiting your research sample. I doubt, point number 2 in the hypothesis part, may be controlled by the null hypothesis. In other words, reasonable number of faculty may feel that there is an advantage in teaching job.

I am a faculty member in Sanskrit studies. I am also eager to know the response by our colleagues in Indian Universities. If the questionnaire is sent to me, I can help you to translate it into Sanskrit to be distributed to our online forum. So, that you can analyze and include these results.
