I congratulate you to consider the problems, issues faced by teaching fraternity, world wide, in your research project by not limiting your research sample. I doubt, point number 2 in the hypothesis part, may be controlled by the null hypothesis. In other words, reasonable number of faculty may feel that there is an advantage in teaching job.

The only one you should do to create 5 different questions and alternatíve answers which you would like to ask your colleague. The final electric questionnaire on the base of suggestion of researchers' team will be created by our Department and a link will be sent to you for fitting.
