The aim of this question is sharing experiences of different authors (good or bad) about the peer reviewing process of different peer reviewed journals (of course you can say name here) specially in science and engineering. The points of interest as most of you knows are first decision time, final decision time the proficiency and efficiency of the peer reviewing process. Do the reviewer and editor comments lead to enhance the level of the paper?

The role of the citation game in all of this process and the role of the relation ships in accepting or rejecting papers. The overall evaluation of your experience. Does the journal took your feedback into consideration about their decision specially if the decision was rejection.
