FlowJo boolean gating and the application of PESTLE/SPICE technology are powerful for Vaccine/clinical/treatment/pathogenesis data analysis, particularly to evaluate poly-functionality or multiple functionality of antigen-specific B or T cells, monocytes, NK cells, inflammatory responses, pathogenesis and the skills are very helpful in several applications.

We are trying to setup a training program. It will take two days to finish everything-start with FlowJo use, boolean gating, and the application of PESTLE and SPICE to simplify complex data.

We will start with raw data for the training; established very easy strategies to simplify the training, we will not let you go until you are 100% confident to play with your complex data.
