As of mine, I do not facing with any problem yet with RG.. But I would say, it's good to highlight this, therefore the relevant personnel at RG would able to receive "feedback" and will be able to help you Aurea.. Wishing you, all the best then..
the problem you mentioned is mainly depended on you connection statue. some hours in the day, the users' traffic would be exceed more than usual and so that, you may face such a problem. I think it's better to use Research Gate from 2-8 AM or 1-4 PM.
