We are trying to assess the ability of Sudan's health system to introduce WHO's BPOC into its primary care services. What did we need to evaluate? Are there standard tools developed to assess the situation? What are the implementation arrangements that need to be made? Are there any countries that ran assessments prior to roll out?

you can do that through the experience of the ministry of health of other arab states like Iraq who apply the dentist clinic in the primary health centers
