A lactic acid bacterium strain, which is named as LAB-10 and show a aflatoxin B1 detoxification ability, was isolated . The detoxification analysis results are that strain LAB-10 was a aflatoxin B1 degradative bacterium and there was 63.4% of aflatoxin B1 could be decomposed by the strain under the concentration of14 μg/L, in 48 hours.

Thanks! I wasn't aware LABs could also degrade aflatoxins, I thought they would only bind them! Could you maybe name some literature?
