On the contrary that happens with CB-SEM, there are no GOF measures for PLS-SEM. When existing, there are in early stages and should be interpreted with caution. Take a look at this: https://www.smartpls.com/documentation/functionalities/model-fit

Maybe you can use CB-SEM instead of PLS-SEM and get those indixes. However, selecting one of these two approaches depends on the aim of your study (also read: https://www.smartpls.com/documentation/learn-pls-sem-and-smartpls/choosing-between-pls-sem-and-cb-sem).

I agree with the comment above, PLS-SEM is different from CB-SEM. And, GOF is not necessary in PLS. In SmartPLS, you may find SRMR and NFI.
