Previous resarch show that these two COP variables can be are tightly dependents, however I would like to know whether there will be a high co-relation in dynamic analysis conditions (i.e, during the unipodal stance, or in the different support, surface or in the sensorimotor constraints).

somewhat in the line of the work from Karl Newell's lab, as has been cited by Leonardo above, though not directly inked to the concepts of self-organisation and the dynamical systems approach, you might also want to consider the notion of the COM-COP interplay being systematically related to motor development, specifically to the acquisition and integration of a feedback-based strategy of postural control in children aged 5 to 7 years. This idea has been proposed (and empirically scrutinized) by Riach, Starkes, and their collaborators during the 90ties already. Cf. e.g (attached as pdf.file).:
Kirshenbaum, N., Riach, C. L. & Starkes, J. L. (2001). Non-linear development of postural control and strategy use in young children: a longitudinal study. Experimental Brain Research, 140, 420-431.
These authors also have shown convincingly (at least as I see it), that COM-COP coupling is a suitable way of assessing strategies the multi-segmental whole body postural control system might be using when acting on a redundant postural task.

That is a very interesting question.
These things are highly related under normal standing conditions, but I agree that when things get dynamic, the picture will get more complex. For example, when you are rapidly swaying to prevent a fall, it makes sense that you will be exerting frequent shear forces between your foot and the support surface which would tend to move the COP away from the COG momentarily.
If you want to get to one of the world's experts on the relation between COG and COP, I would think you should get in tough with Lew Nashner.
