Migration could planned for seekinga better life style, or the "escape of smart brains", as a result of strategic advertisments. On the other hand, migration could be done for merely a surviving purpose, as a result of being in a war-zone, or any other unsafe situation. Therefore, in each condition, measures of the level of truma versus motivation , persistancy, & success could be vary quite a bit. Moreover, the financial status of the migrated group could enfluence the economic stands of original home-country & the new host state, incentified by outsider donors, in which could have an impact on the measurments.
