As far as Protein-ligand, the standard often used is CBS with bovine carbonic anhydrase 2. Alternatively, you can use calcium and EDTA or EGTA if you want to use things that are commonly found in most labs.

As Michael mentioned you can use standard calcium and EGTA protocol. i always use that before stating my set of experiments. you can find the protocol on following link page 25.
