Are there any scFv or VHH phage display libraries commercially available that are not too expensive?

Currently, I am trying to find a scFv or VHH phage display to discover an antibody fragment that target an specific epitope. However, my budget is limited and I have found quite expensive libraries. Are there any library not too expensive available?
