Hi Trixie Ann , I think a good option for you might be to search for fitting papers and then use ReseachGate to contact the original authors, explain your situation and kindly ask if they are willing to share their manuscipt with you.
A good starting point might, e.g. be to contact the researchers who published this work:

If it fits well, you could use their instrument to measure the home environment variables or adjust it to your specific needs and then add one or two items for your independet variables (the ones measuring social communication capacity) by yourself.
