Dear all,
I want to do calibration curve for my project ,but unfortunately all spectrometers in the university the wavelength is form 300 nm and above. So I am researching for another instrument for measurement absorbance of catechol. I would appreciate if someone answered the question.

You could use UV/ visible spectro photometer and there are many of them available. such device would measure UV absorbance as well as visible.
I agree that it is mostly a matter of finding a spectrophotometer that has a source that extends down to your desired excitation wavelength. There should be many on the market.
Many or maybe in fact most spectrophotometers can measure below your desired 300 nm, e.g. the PerkinElmer UV-VIS-NIR Lambda 1050 WB spectrophotometer I’m currently using has a wavelength range of 175 nm to 3300 nm (various radiation sources and detectors for different wavelength regions, e.g. a deuterium lamp and photomultiplier (PM) detector for the UV region). Note that below 290 nm or so you cannot measure through normal glass or plastic samples including glass and plastic cuvettes, hence the utilization of e.g. quartz cuvettes for this purpose.
