In this page you can find EKG, EEG, EMG and others. 

So, you can see papers and tool booxs based on Matlab.

Other page:  www.capnobase.org . This is a digital data bank with other signals.

Thank you for your inputs, but the databank you mentioned does not contain ERG or EGG signals. Would highly appreciate if you could please suggest some database containing those signals, as I already have already worked with EEG and ECG signals in MATLAB extensively.

I hope there is no database for EGG signals till now. I am also searching for that.
